Safety First

We have carried out a detailed risk assessment to ensure that we put safety first for all staff, service users and visitors. We have followed Government Guidance and made some changes in the way we deliver our services. We are sparkling clean for your visit, and all our staff have been trained on how to maintain high levels of hygiene.

Distancing Together

We promise to keep you safe through physical distancing. All our services have been redesigned with safe distancing in mind and we will actively monitor every service to ensure that guidelines are being followed

Our Staff

Every member of staff has completed in-house and online training to ensure they fully understand how to deliver a safe and friendly experience.
Working Together

It is important that we work together to ensure that our buildings are safe places to be and able to stay open. When joining us you are confirming that you agree with, and will adhere to, the following:

  • Please don’t visit us if you, or someone in your household, is feeling unwell or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Distancing, Together: When in the building, please respect other people’s social distancing, don’t move chairs, be aware of the need for cleanliness and follow the guidelines from staff and on posters.
  • To assist the government’s Track & Trace efforts we will be asking service users to offer contact details which will be held for 21 days.

We are requesting that every service user completes our register and provide their contact details during their visit. We are asking service users and visitors to do this as they arrive. Signage is also visible throughout the building reminding service users and visitors to do this.

Whilst there will be some inevitable changes to the way we operate, please be assured that a warm welcome will always remain at the forefront of everything we do. We are looking forward to welcoming you.
