About Us

We believe that everyone has the right to lead a safe and empowered life. It’s our mission that each woman accessing our services is supported to meet her own needs and achieve her own goals.

We support women and children escaping domestic abuse, offering a safe space in our refuge. Our therapeutic recovery programmes help survivors to heal and move forward with their lives.

Established 40 years ago as Nene Valley Christian Refuge, we’ve supported over 12,000 women towards a safe and empowered life.
