Christmas Gifts
We are always very grateful for the toys and gifts given for the families we support at Christmas. Donations of gifts for our families in refuge or for those recovering from domestic abuse in the community are really appreciated.
This year we would welcome gifts for women and children of all ages, for children, toys, books, games, puzzles – for women: Crafting items and activities such as Diamond Art, scarves, jewellery, makeup sets etc.
- All gifts donated must be left unwrapped so that we can ensure these gifts are given appropriately to someone who will be truly appreciative. Not many 10 year old boys want gifts more suitable to a 4 year old girl!
- Gifts need to be delivered to us, or collection arranged, no later than Friday 15th December to ensure they are sorted and wrapped before they are given in time for Christmas. If you are delivering gifts to us, please could you arrange for them to be delivered to us on a Wednesday, when we will have staff available to receive them.
- Please note that, as usual, we will not be able to accept donations of second hand and pre-loved toys and gifts at this time. We simply don’t have space to store them.
We would like to thank you again for your support in the past and wish you a peaceful Christmas.
